Appointments and Cancellation Policy

New Appointments

All new appointments will require a £20 deposit, once this is paid your booking will be confirmed.  This will be deducted of the amount for your full groom.

If for any reason you need to cancel your dogs grooming appointment, I require 48 hours notice, to enable me to fill your appointment. When this has been achieved I will then refund your £20 deposit.

Missed or Cancelled Appointments

Missed or cancelled appointments within 48 hours will incur a cancelation fee of £20 therefore your booking fee will not be refunded. Any future appointments made will have to be paid in full in advance.

I am a small business and have reserved a time slot to room your dog and if you don’t show up, we are then out of pocket for that time.
